2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

COLUMBIA VALLEY  |  WASHINGTON STATE

Grapes were hand-picked from Elephant Mountain Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA (68%) and Ciel du Cheval Vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA (32%), gently crushed (no pressing), fermented in small lots and aged in a combination of new and mature French and American oak barrels. 
The wine is rich, assertive and complex and perfect enjoyed with grilled, full flavored red meats and wild game.
