Our 2012 Merlot is a lovely finessed wine that needs time but is wonderfully decadent in the glass right now. The soft tannins are elegant and approachable with spice and a chocolate nose. Enjoy with a variety of foods, from simple pasta to lamb and chocolate.
2011 Merlot
Cellar/Drink
Our 2011 Merlot is a big and chewy wine with finesse and character that will linger in the mouth for a very long time—often mistaken for a cabernet sauvignon. Big dark fruit with hints of cherry and spice. Tannins are forward but don't take the enamel off of your teeth. This wine will cellar for a long time but is ready now. Try with rich sauce based full bodied meat dishes and cheese.

Our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is a very finessed wine with character that is just now opening. Big cherry notes with ful body and spice. This wine needs time but is beautiful now and well into the future. Oak and barrel characters are well balanced in the nose and on the palate. The glycerin is forward and fills the mouth.
